Hands-on, cooking and eating together, using local, seasonal produce to prepare a winter menu with gentle spices for colder days. A fusion of flavours from both the East and the West. All ingredients, equipment and full recipe booklet provided.

Starting with coffee, scones and tray-bakes and ending the day around the dining table eating together, accompanied by a glass of wine.
