A complete meal plan for family and friends to celebrate the Christmas season. Using only fresh, readily available and seasonal local produce, the demonstration will present a wide range of versatile recipes that can be used at a variety of Christmas family events, The demonstration will include snacks, starters, mains, sides and desserts, that can be prepared in advance, to take away the stress and allow you to spend more time with your family and friends. Guidance and advice will be given on how to scale these recipes up for larger numbers (guidelines permitting!).

Tea, coffee, scones and tray bakes will be plated and served on arrival.

Face masks require to be worn during demonstration.
