The day starts with a selection of seasonal scones, tray-bakes and cakes with tea and coffee, served from 12.30.

The demonstration is designed to provide you with a complete Asian-inspired dinner party plan for family and friends.

A recipe booklet is provided to allow you to follow all steps throughout the cookery demonstration, with lots of opportunities for asking questions.  The demonstration will cover lots of ideas for easy entertaining, including pre-dinner nibbles, easy bread, Massaman curry, Thai vegetable curry and Asian-inspired dessert ; all of which you can prepare in advance. You will have a chance to taste throughout the demo.
