A special day at Little Oaks, as we celebrate a festive full-day, hands-on, cooking and baking class, enjoying the Christmas season. Starting with tea/coffee/ seasonal scones and tray-bakes - served on arrival, between 10.15 -10.30am.  May be worth skipping breakfast that morning !!

Included in the course are all ingredients, equipment and a recipe booklet.  The day ends with a meal and a glass of wine.

The day is designed to provide you with a complete Christmas Party menu to re-create at home, including party nibbles, main, sides and dessert. On this course, amongst other things, you will be making cranberry and feta palmiers, turkey and apricot tagine, Persian vegetable stew and mini espresso martini tiramisu and ideas for Christmas party drinks.

Feel free to bring some plastic containers to take home what’s left of your amazing food.
