The day starts with a selection of seasonal scones, tray-bakes and cakes with tea and coffee, served from 12.00 noon.

A recipe booklet is provided to allow you to follow all steps throughout the cookery demonstration, with lots of opportunities for asking questions.  The demonstration will cover lots of ideas for Christmas party entertaining, including a variety of party nibbles, Italian beef, Christmas galettes and party-size Espresso Martini tiramisu; all of which you will have a chance to taste throughout the demo.  There will also be ideas for Christmas party drinks.
