A full-day, hands-on, cooking and baking class, helping you to prepare well in advance of Christmas. Starting with tea/coffee/scones and tray-bakes - served on arrival, between 10.15 -10.30am.  May be worth skipping breakfast that morning !!

Included in the course are all ingredients, equipment and a recipe booklet.  The day ends with a meal and a glass of wine.

The day is designed to provide you with a complete Christmas Entertaining menu to re-create at home, including starter, main, sides and dessert, all of which can be easily scaled-up for larger family gatherings. On this course, amongst other things, you will be making a selection of party nibbles, an Olive Loaf, Provencal Chicken and a Chocolate Christmas Pudding.

Feel free to bring some plastic containers to take home what’s left of your amazing food.
